Principal’s Message

Dear CME Families,

Welcome to Cordill-Mason Elementary School! It’s a great day to be a Cougar!
We’re excited to have you at CME. From our incoming Cougars to our Cougar alumni, we are deeply committed to the academic and personal growth of every child. We meet each student where they are and support them on their unique journey.

Our team is passionate about helping students grow. At CME, we are a team united for all. Teachers, staff, and families work together to make incredible contributions to our students’ success. We’re grateful for our amazing community—our PTA, volunteers, and supportive parents who help ensure that our school thrives. Our staff is dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development, always striving to help students achieve greatness.

We’ve built a strong foundation for success through systems refined over the years. We are dedicated to a positive school culture that celebrates every child’s potential through PBS (Positive Behavior Support). We also use BIST (Behavior Intervention Support Team) to teach essential goals for life. Through our Care Team, every teacher is supported in meeting each child’s needs. Our Leadership and Crisis Teams work diligently to make sure all students and staff feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Your feedback matters. Our goal is to create a culture of belonging for every child, parent, and staff member. I want everyone to feel like CME is their home away from home.
